It’s a big premiere here on the channel to introduce to you my first Sleep Talk Down Composition combining a spoken countdown from 999 to 1 with Rain and Thunder Sounds for Sleeping. You can also use it for Sleep Meditation or as a ASMR Sleep guidance. A lot of you asked for a spoken word video, so I thought a lot about how to implement this idea in combination with my regular uploads. In my opinion a simple spoken countdown is the best way to go, because of it’s monotonous nature, that hopefully doesn’t distract you guys from relaxing. I’m really really curious how you will accept the video. If things work out in a good way, then future uploads will come with similar concepts. We will see.
